Made with rice bran and castor oil to breakdown the most stubborn makeup! The water mix is a blend of distilled water, witch hazel (to calm the skin) it helps cleanse the skin! 
The oil breaks down the makeup and the water helps cleanse it away! 
Face to use on the eyes and lips! 
How to use: 
Shake vigorously, using a cotton ball or makeup cloth, apply all over face and wipe clean. 
Afterwards follow with your favorite cleanser!
